DESCRIPTION:Exercise and relax with Florence Love every third Saturday from 1:30- 3pm during Yoga in the Loft. Love is a certified yoga instructor who will lead participants through a hour of yoga exercise\, followed by a guided meditation session. New and experienced practitioners are welcome. This workshop is open to ages 13 and up. Class size is limited. Participants may use ASC provided yoga material or bring their own. Please wear yoga-appropriate attire. Participants may use the provided yoga mats or bring their own.
